CLAT: The Common Law Admission Test is conducted on an all India level basis in order to help students to get admitted to well known National Law Universities in India. It can be taken by candidates who have appeared for Higher Secondary Examination in order to pursue an undergraduate degree in Law and by graduates to pursue Masters in Law. In order to qualify for the undergraduate courses a candidate has to secure 45 percent marks in the higher secondary examination and 55 percent marks in graduation.

LAWCET: The Law Common Entrance Test is conducted by Andhra Pradesh State Council of Higher Education (APSCHE), Hyderabad. In order to pursue a 3 year LLB course, one has to get at least 45 percent marks from any institute that is recognized by the Government of India. This is a three hour paper where a candidate has to answer 120 objective type questions. This exam is mostly taken by the students residing in Andhra Pradesh or the nearby areas.

LSAT: In order to get admitted to the best law admission schools, this test is taken by many students every year. This examination is conducted for times a year in almost all the countries of the world including India, United States and Canada. The test mostly comprises of multiple type questions that evaluates the reading, analytical and logical skills of a candidate. As far as the eligibility criterion is concerned students securing 45 percent marks in the higher secondary examination can take this test.

University Of Delhi Law Entrance Exam: Being one of the top universities of India, Delhi University conducts a law entrance examination every year in order to enable candidates to get admitted to top institutes of law. All candidates with 50 percent marks either in graduation or post graduation are eligible to sit for the examination. Like any other entrance examinations, even this tests the General Knowledge, analytical skills and a legal aptitude test is also conducted.
