How to Strengthen Your Memory by Taking Effective Sleep?

In order to Strengthen Your Memory, I suggest you to take effective sleep of six to eight hours in a day. You must have experienced that, when you sleep less than six hours you feel dull in the classroom, also when you sleep more on Sunday or any other holiday, you feel indolent during the whole day. Because lack of sleep and excess of sleep reduces Concentration Power and in turn it reduces your ability to memorize the subject matter. Now, here is an important question. Do we need to take Mini Nap in the afternoon or not? Yes! It’s very much important if you take twenty to forty-minute Mini Nap in the afternoon, it will result in two fresh mornings and you can enjoy your evening in a better way. For example, if you coming at 3 PM from your school or college, finishing your lunch by 3.30 PM, then you can take a Mini Nap till 4.20 PM. Believe me you will refresh and energetic after your Mini Nap.

How to Strengthen Your Memory by Drinking Plenty of Water?

Always keep your body hydrated, do not forget to take seven to eight liters of water. Always keep a water bottle in the classroom or while going to your coaching classes. If you keep your body hydrated it will keep you active throughout the day and you will be able to focus more on your studies. If possible, attend health workshops regularly. 

How to Strengthen Your Memory by Keeping Yourself Happy?

If you really want to Strengthen Your Memory, I recommend you to be happy in every situation of life. There is no lock in the world without a key, similarly there is no problem in the world without a solution. Focus on the solution and not on the problem. Every individual has problems in his or her life, but maintaining a positive attitude during that situation depends upon you. The best way to be happy is to stay in the company of positive people, avoid negative people in your life. Surround yourself with successful people. It will change your mind and thus will help you to Increase Your Memory Power

How to Strengthen Your Memory by Exercising Daily?

If you really want to have a good Memory Power, I recommend you to exercise daily. Take out twenty to fifty-minute time from your busy schedule for exercise. If you are unable to exercise and you feel bore, so it is better to join some sports which has loads of physical activities involved. For example, you can play Lawn Tennis, Football, Hockey, Basket Ball, Table Tennis etc. If you bring change in your body, then it will surely bring a change in your mindset and thus Improve Your Memory Power.

The best way to Increase Your Brain Power is Meditation. Meditation will calm down your mind and you will be able to give 100% to work. I know its very much difficult to meditate daily. You can do meditation once in week. There are many NGO’s which are offering free meditation on every Sunday in different cities.

Drink at least one glass juice in a day.

How to Strengthen Your Memory by Taking Proper Breaks?

Do not study for long hours. Take a ten -minute break after every fifty-minutes. Because, after every fifty minutes a forgetting cycles begins which do not allow the information to go to your Long Term Memory. So, try to do something in those ten-minutes, you can listen to music, talk to your best friends or watch some comedy show. Let the brain retain that information which you studied in those fifty-minutes.
