Well, I have a round face and I work every day to get the sharp jawline. All you need is 5 minutes a day. The best part about reducing face fat is that you can do it on the go. You don’t have to do much, all you need is consistency.

  • Hormonal balance: Keep your hormones in check. Hormonal imbalance can lead to many problems like thyroid etc. Why not go for a proper body checkup because if you feel that something is wrong with your body, visit the doctor and always take the required treatment.
  • Mouthwash: My mother always tells me to wash my mouth for a good 3 minutes. It also helps to relax the muscles and it’s a good exercise that you will never forget to do because you will always mouthwash after your meals, why not spend some extra minutes there and get the benefits.
  • Duck face and pouts: Women love to pout, don’t we? Well, we can tell people that it’s not irritating anymore and we are actually shaping our jawline and it’s a smart exercise to lose the face fat. Just look upward and make a pout for 5 minutes.
