How to really quit smoking in 48 hours or less!

You will get a piece of lined A4 paper, and write this title at the top...
MY PERSONAL DECLARATION. ( In BOLD TEXT)
"I (put your full name here) do DECLARE that on Monday 7th November, at 12:00 p.m. (a DETERMINED date and time, that you will quit smoking forever) I WILL quit smoking forever. And as a recompense (payback) for my failure, being the honest person that I am, I will consume 1 750 gram can of Dog food."
Then sign it and date it.
And place this somewhere where you will see it every morning when you wake up, and go about your day! This is for your eyes only!
Now you will create a PUBLIC DECLARATION...
Get another piece of lined A4, and write this title at the top...
MY PUBLIC DECLARATION.
I (put your full name here) do DECLARE that on Monday 7th November, (a DETERMINED date you will start to quit smoking forever) I WILL quit smoking forever. And as a recompense (payback) for my failure, being the honest person that I am, I will consume 1 750 gram can of Dog food.
Then sign it and date it.
And place this somewhere where your family or friends, will see it, every time they come over to visit you. Now. go out and tell every one you know that you ARE going to quit smoking forever on the day that you attested to!
This is why it is named a PUBLIC DECLARATION.
Because anyone designated your family or friend, will hold you to your promise to quit smoking forever, if they really loved or cared about you. To make it even more fun, get your family members, your kids especially, (if you indeed have kids, if not try nephews, nieces etc). Let them choose what flavored can you will eat, upon failure to accomplish your promise. If you get caught smoking anywhere, any time!
Believe me, if you let them do this, they will hold you to your promise, or face ridicule for a long, long time!
Place the can where you will see it on a daily basis. Read all of its Ingredients on the Label whenever you get a craving for a cigarette! This works to remind you that if you fail, you will be downing these in great chunks! And how horrible it will taste going down the back of your throat!
Trust me...I have eaten cat foof by mistake, as there were two plates of leftovers, mince and rice combined in the fridge. Unluckily I chose the 1 mixed with CAT LUCKY . Only a whole 1.5 litre bottle of Coco Cola hurriedly sculled, removed that taste after 10 minutes or so!!
Okay, you'll get cravings. That's natural. Any quitter will get them as the withdrawal symptoms kick in.
Withdrawals can play heavily on the mind of a heavy smoker. But if you are "driven", and so determined to quit for good forever, then nothing will stop you or stand in your way if you are brave like a lion and stand fast and determined!
I know; because I was a heavy smoker in 1997, and I tried all you've tried to give up!
And failed!
Until I discovered, then recreated this method to quit!
Find something to do with your hands. Make it a daily habit. As 1 bad habit can only be killed completely, if you replace it with another better habit!
Read this book, "The Greatest secret in the world" by OG Mandino. Day 1, Scroll 1.
It's great for getting rid of any bad habits!
