There is a lot said about vibrations, but the premise of the ‘vibration’ is that everything in the universe is in vibration. 


We all know everything is made up of atoms, and atoms are constantly in motion vibrating at different frequencies. Studies have found that when you are in a state of higher vibrations, you feel energetic, happy, light, vibrant, and joyful. That’s where the tips on how to raise your vibration come in handy.




1. Mindfulness


When you are in the low state of the vibration overruled by the thoughts, that’s where the immediate fruit reaping act of mindfulness can help you. The definition of mindfulness says it is the process of being aware of where you are and what you are doing; not overly reactive or overwhelmed by what’s going on around us. Take a pause and be mindful and find a place of peace inside you. You will find your vibrations will change immediately.


2. Gratitude


Gratitude is a thing that works impeccably. Life coach Tony Robbins said, “You can’t feel fear or anger while feeling gratitude at the same time.” It is not possible. Stop for a moment, look around, come back to the centre, & look for the things you are grateful for in this moment. It can be anything: a decent body, a good working intelligence, or being alive at this moment. Gratitude brings peace and satisfaction to the mind.   


3. Love


Love is miraculous. If you see love at the Hawkins Scale of Consciousness, it is at the fourth position. Think of someone with whom you have good moments or someone who allows you to express your love; it will immediately bring happiness, joy, and light-heartedness. It is even said that love has the power to bring you out even from the deepest of ditches. Spend time with people who allow you to attune to love. This will raise your vibration to higher levels.


4. Generosity


Greed is referred to as the emotion of the lower level of vibration. The opposite of greed is generosity. It is one of the few methods that are not easy to implement because it tells you to share what you want more, but it can reap high functioning benefits. It brings the power of your life into your hands. As you know, the mind works in multiplications. When you put the power of your life in your hands, you take the responsibility of happiness in your life and work towards it.


5. Forgiveness


It is among the highest forms of virtues. It is the most difficult to practice as it requires lowering down and burning of the ego at various levels, but it lifts the heavyweight from your heart. When you hold others responsible or blame others, you are giving power to others and taking negative emotions of helplessness in your heart. Practice forgiveness and free yourself. In the end, it is for your own good.
