HOW TO PREPARE SSC CGL TIER 1 & TIER 2 ?

SSC Combine Graduate Level Exam Pattern:

SSC Combine Graduate Level   written examination of Tier I would inquire 200 questions. The Exam paper beares total 200 marks.

tier I has four sections  and each section asks  50 questions.  there are 0.25 negative marking  for each incorrect answer and 

total time duration of Combine Graduate Level ExamExam is 2 hours.

SSC  Combine Graduate Level Exam Syllabus:

A. General Intelligence & Reasoning

This Section  will comprise questions of both verbal and non-verbal type. This Section may comprise questions on analogy, similary and difference, decision making, visualblity, pattern observation, relationship concepts, arithmetical reasoning and figural classification,number series, coding and decoding, syllogistic reasoning etc. The section also comprise Space Orientation, Space Visualization, Venn Diagrams, Drawing inferences, paper cutting, mirror image, water image, dice, calender, puzzle,sitting arrangement, blood relation, Critical thinking, Emotional Intelligence, Social Intelligence.

 B. General Awareness

Questions of this section  will test the aspirant’s information of their environs and its utilization to civilization. This section also comprise  test awareness of current circumstance and material of every day surveillance and experiences. The section will also comprise questions reveal to India and its bordering countries notably pertaining Indian History,  Indian Culture, India and World Geography, Indian and World Economy , General Policy & Scientific Research.  C. Quantitative Aptitude

This section  will be comprise of whole numbers, decimals ,fractions and relationships between numbers, Percentage, Ratio & Proportion, Square roots, Averages, Interest, Profit and Loss, Discount, Partnership , Mixture and Alligation, Time and distance, Time & Work,  algebraic identities ,  Linear Equations,  triangles, Circles, Quadrilaterals, Regular Polygons, Right Prism, Right Circular Cone, Right Circular Cylinder, Sphere, Hemispheres, Rectangular Parallelepiped, Regular Right Pyramid with triangular or square base, Trigonometric ratio, Degree and Radian Measures, Standard Identities, Complementary angles, Heights and Distances, Histogram, Frequency polygon, Bar diagram & Pie chart, trignometry.

 D. English Comprehension

This section comprise Aspirants’ capability to figure out correct English, their basic comprehension and writing capability, etc.
