Diabetes Destroyer Review I know this because just about 2 years ago I was told that I was a type 2 diabetic now and if I didn't lose weight I would have a heart attack or stroke within a year, at that time I weighed in at 145 kilograms and had a 132cm waist line. The fact that I was in my mid fifties as well did not bode well for my future according to my doctor, he actually said to me when we were talking about those disastrous test results, "get off your arse and lose the weight or buy a funeral plan", at the time I was mentally a wreck and spat back at him that I already had a funeral plan and his look finally made it all real, a real nightmare.

Now I weigh 110 kilograms and my waist is 107cm, which is a good start, well I think it is, so my plan has been working. The hardest thing anyone who is over weight and lazy, (yes I said lazy) has to do is actually change their habits, they took many years to acquire their bad habits but now in my case I had a very short time to change my habits, which I knew was almost impossible, habits are not habits for nothing.

My plan was to lose the weight gradually by adopting things I was comfortable with, if I had to eat some potato chips I would, right at dinner time, not 2 hours afterwards. If I wanted that chocolate moose I had to eat it right before dinner, not some time afterwards. I also started walking, at first once every three or four days but for someone who has hardly exercised at all for years a walk of around 5 kilometers even once a week will make you put the ambulance phone number on speed dial as you think you will need it before you finish that walk.
