How to Make Best Fudgy Brownies At Home?

by Keira Henry Digital Marketing Manager

Including me, most of us want to eat brownies that we ate in our childhood from a bakery. That is chocolaty, moist, with crispy edges, and super fudgy. But the brownie that meets all of these standards only came from professionals wrapped in brownie packaging boxes. Don’t lose hope today I am going to show you the recipe for a homemade brownie that will meet all of these standards if baked perfectly.

Ingredients

·         Two Eggs & Water

We will use water with eggs to achieve the moist and soft texture in our brownies that will make them perfect. As in this recipe, there is no baking powder eggs are necessary for helping the brownie puff during baking.

·         Powdered Sugar

Powdered sugar helps in making the batter thicker due to cornstarch that it contains. It will give the same look to your brownie that you purchase from bakeries.

·         Unsweetened cocoa powder

You can use cocoa powder of any a company that fits best according to your taste but don’t forget to sift it if it’s lumpy.

·         Oil

In many homemade recipes unsalted butter is mostly recommended but we are going to use canola oil you can also use olive oil.

·         Vanilla Extract

Half teaspoon vanilla really amps up the chocolate flavor.

Main Recipe

First Mixing Of Dry and Wet Ingredients in Two Separate Bowls

Combine the sugar, flour, powdered sugar, cocoa powder, chocolate chips, and salt in a medium bowl. Then, whisk together the eggs, olive oil, and water in a large one.

Second Gather the Dry and Wet Ingredients

Sprinkle the dry mixture over the wet one, and fold until just combined. The batter will be thick!

Third Pouring In Pan with Parchment Paper

Use a rubber spatula to spread it to all four sides of the pan and to smooth the top. The mixture will be very thick – that’s ok.

Finally Baking

Transfer the pan to a 325-degree oven and bake for 40 to 45 minutes, until a toothpick inserted comes out with a few crumbs attached. Allow the brownies to cool completely before slicing and serving. Enjoy!

Best Brownie Recipe Tips

Better chocolate chips = better brownies. In her book, Michelle composes that perhaps the greatest mystery to making extraordinary brownies is utilizing enormous, acceptable quality chocolate chips. She suggests Ghiradelli's 60% Cacao Bittersweet Baking Chips, while I love Enjoy Life's Dark Chocolate Morsels. Either brand would fabulous in this formula!

It's smarter to extract them out too soon than to leave them in excessively long. Nobody likes dry brownies, so decide in favor of alert when you're making this formula. Prepare them until a toothpick embedded comes out with only a couple of morsels joined. In case you're vacillating, feel free to remove them from the stove. They'll keep on firming up as they cool!

Leave them to cool. Attempt your best to oppose eating these folks straight out of the stove. Letting them cool makes them gooier and fudgier, and they'll be less inclined to disintegrate when you cut them. In addition, they'll have a significantly more extravagant chocolate flavor. Trust me, it merits the pause!
