1. Do not speak too fast.

You might be an excellent speaker in your mother tongue, but expecting the same level from yourself when speaking English would not be that great. To overcome this difficulty, you must try to speak slowly and clearly.

2. Learn sentences and not only words.

Whenever you learn a word, try to make few sentences out of it and remember them and this will help you to communicate.

3. Be a good listener.

Whenever we speak in English, we always worry about how we are communicating and this diverts our mind and we are not able to focus on what others have to say. Listening to others will be very helpful to you as those words and sentences used by the opposite person will make you communicate better with others as you will be able to grasp the words and sentences used by them.
