  1. Family Class Sponsorship


Family members living in Canada can sponsor their families to immigrate to Canada on a permanent basis.T o be able to endorse your parents, you must be a Canadian permanent resident or a citizen. Including who you may support is your partner and children under the age of 22 years (there are exceptions to this). 


At this moment, supporting your parents or grandparents is no longer an option. However, under the Super Visa category, you can take them to Canada.

Many candidates for Canadian immigration first apply for a job in Canada, apply for a work visa, and then, migrate to Canada. MIA includes obtaining a Canadian employment offer, and the Canadian employer needs to apply for LMIA through Service Canada and then only the candidate can apply for a work permit after their LMIA is approved.   1. Canadian Investor Immigration


Canada's Investor Category is developed for wealthy individuals who have owned or run overseas businesses. By encouraging experienced business investors to spend in the Canadian economy, they are adding to Canada's overall growth and prosperity. There are basically two investor programs: 


  • The Federal Investor Program

  • The Quebec Program


Both programs are very similar and involve the applicants to have a high net value and to make a substantial investment in the authorized investment fund for a period of 5 years. Investor immigrants may make their partners and children dependent on their applications.
