By turning off the antivirus utilities

·         Choose the Task Manager menu.

·         Choose the Startup option.

·         Choose the antivirus program.

·         After that, press on the Disable option.

·         Now, you need to start the Windows PC again.

By disabling Windows Defender Firewall
