  6. Reboot the device.
  7. Download and install iTunes again.

Reinstall the Sound Driver or USB Controller Driver

  2. After that, insert “devmgmt.msc” into it and press Enter to launch the Device Manager.
  3. Then extend the drop-down menu of ‘Sound, video and game controllers’ and right-click on each Audio device.
  4. Click on the Uninstall button.
  5. Allow them to get uninstalled.
  6. Go to the drop-down menu of ‘Universal Serial Bus controller’ and install each ‘Host Customer.’
  7. Later, reboot the system and Windows will detect and install the missing drivers automatically.
  8. Now, connect the headphones and permit the initial installation to finish.
