Force close Google Play store: force
close Google Play store by swiping away the Google Play store on your
multi-tasking app switcher. Another way is to go to settings and then apps,

Turn on Airplane mode: turn on airplane mode and then turn it off. This will solve the issue.

Turn Wi-Fi off and on: toggle your Wi-Fi on and off to check if there is any connection issue.
