- Launch the Management Console through clicking on Start option.

How to Install It

- Tap on the Add or Remove the Snap-in.

- Insert proper data in the dialogue bar and then choose to Create an option.
- As you have a complete making user account, click the Close option.

PC is in Workgroup
Firstly, make the local Admin user account and then modify the latest account to the admin account.

- Click on the Start option.

- Select the Accounts option.
- Press the Family and other users button.
- Choose the Add someone else to this PC option.
- Click on I don’t have this person’s sign-in information button and then tap on Insert user without the Microsoft account.
- Type password, username, and the password hint and then tap on the Next option.
Modify Latest Created Account to the Admin Account
Follow the provided steps to modify latest created account to the admin account:
- Click on the Start option.
- Tap on Settings.
- Select the Accounts option.
- Press the Family and other users button.
- Choose the name of the account owner and then click on the Modify account type option.
- Tap on the Administrator below the Account type option and then choose the OK option.
- Start the Computer again and then log in with latest admin account.

If you need to copy documents from old profile to the latest user profile, then you can follow the provided steps:
- Open the File Explorer.
- Click on This PC and then choose hard drive that the Windows have installed and then Users file and the folder with the same name as your account.
- Find the folder under where the drive C is available that Windows has installed, and the Old_Username is the profile name that you have to copy from.
- Click on the CTRL + A button to choose the entire folders and files and then tap on the Edit section and choose the Copy option or hit the CTRL + C button.
- Find the folder under where the drive C is available, which Windows has installed. Also, New_Username is a user profile that you have made.
- Press the Edit section and then tap on Paste option or hit CTRL + V button.
- Start the PC again and then sign in as the latest user.
