How To Easily Promote Your Facebook Page For Free

If you are wanting to get visitors for whatever reason ( eg. selling products or services or promoting a cause) to your Facebook page. Then I bet your asking yourself, "How do I pull this off without spending any money?". Well, it's actually a pretty simple concept. You, for the most part, promote your Facebook page the same way you would promote any website. Post on blogs with similar content, pay for ads, etc. Most people dont know that your Facebook page can show up in search engine results too though. Yes, your facebook page can show up in Google, Bing, Yahoo, Alexa, and other search engines and even has its own pagerank. You could pay for this to happen with Google Adwords or Bing / Yahoo adverts, but why do that when you can get similar results for free. To do this you must obtain backlinks to your Facebook page, group, and/or profile. The more quality links from other websites, such as Facebook Page Submit, to your Facebook page or group, the more likely it will show up. This also determines how high up in the search results your Facebook page will be. I have some Facebook pages on a certain subjects that get listed on the first page and even the first result for certain search terms on Google and Bing. So, the moral of this story is: Submit your Facebook page to other websites that allow you to submit "dofollow" links to your Facebook Page. Make sure you post to the right categories or these links could be judged as spam and could actually hurt your page.
