How To Download WBJEE 2019 Admit Card?

West Bengal Joint Entrance Examination is about to start by the end of May 2019. The examination will be conducted for the academic admissions in Engineering academic courses. The candidates who appear in the examination must download their admit card from the official website before appearing in the examination. West Bengal JEE Board is going to conduct the examination. The official website will release the WBJEE Admit Card 2019 on 14^th May 2019. Though the date is not yet confirmed, we are expecting that the hall ticket will release on the official website.

Purpose of the Examination

There are in total 104 institutes that carries out the admissions in the engineering courses. The candidates who have qualified the WBJEE examination will be able to choose the participating institutes in which they wish to take admission in the preferred course programme. The WBJEE 2019 will be conducted by West Bengal Joint Entrance Examinations Board (WBJEEB). Candidates will be able to choose the choice of institute on the basis of their performance and achieved merit list. Candidates will be able to choose their preferred course offered by the WBJEE participating institutes on the basis of ranks secured in the examination.

Admit Card

An admit card is an authority letter that proves that the candidate is eligible to appear in the examination. The admit card mentions all the important details of the examination as well as the candidate. Only the candidate who have successfully applied for the examination will be able to download the admit card. We are expecting that the admit card will release on the official website on 14^th May 2019. The examination is due on 26^th May 2019. Only the candidates who possess the admit card will be able to appear in the examination. Make sure that you verify all the details mentioned on the admit card before you proceed to downloas. Examination details along with the candidates details will be mentioned in the admit card.

How to Download the Admit Card?

Follow the instructions given below.

· First of all, make sure that you are regularly following the official website.

· In the official website, the admit card release date will be confirmed.

· Now, visit the official website of WBJEEB.

· Click on the link of admit card.

· Submit the login details on the candidate’s login portal.

· The admit card will release.

· Verify all the details mentioned on the admit card and download.

· Download it in PDF format

· Print your admit card in the A4 size white paper.

· Keep 2-3 Xerox copies of the admit card for the future references.

Exam Day Guidelines

Follow the guidelines below before entering the exam hall.

· Candidates will have to print the admit card on A4 sheet

· Candidates will have to affix the photograph on the admit card in the space provided.

· Report at the test centre at 7:30 a.m for forenoon session and at 1:00 p.m for afternoon session.

· Visit the exam center a day ahead of the exam in order to avoid any last minute delays.

· No candidates will be allowed to carry with them any electronic gadgets such as mobile phone calculators, stationery goggles, jackets etc.

· None of the relatives or friends will be allowed to enter the test centre of West Bengal Joint Entrance Examination – 2019.

· Test centre of WBJEE once selected will not be changed.

Ques: Will the Admit Card be sent by post?

Ans: No, the admit card will not be sent to any candidate on Email or through Post.

Ques: In case of error in the Admti Card, what do I do?

Ans: The candidates should contact the authorities. They will rectify the mistakes and release the ad mit card again. No candidate will not be allowed to appear in the examination without the admit card.

Ques: What to do about the Photo Id?

Ans: The candidate is required to submit the Photo ID card along with the Admti Card at the entry gate. The candidate who appear for the examination without the photo ID card will not be allowed to appear in the exam hall.
