How to determine your dress size before shopping on a wholesale store

by Rajat Sharma Web Designe

Dresses are epitome of feminism. Be it a size zero or a plus sized woman, dresses can embrace any body type while bringing out the beautiful you. However, it’s an important thing to find the right dress for your body otherwise, no matter how beautiful the dress is, everything goes down the drain. It’s important that it hugs your body in the best suitable way. A reason why I am writing this post is because of a sudden influx of buyers who are opting for purchases from wholesale stores. However, a lot many doesn’t have confidence on the types and sizes of dresses that these stores have to offer. I have seen that inhibition from my own friends only. They consider wholesale clothing as something which is cheap probably because of some defects or shortcomings. However, this is not the case. Many Wholesale fashion clothing uk stores have beautiful dresses and you just need to find out a dress right for your size.

We have tried to list down certain points, hope they help.

1.      The first step would be to measure yourself. Remember, when it comes to online shopping, you don’t have the option of trying on dresses. Hence, it’s very important to know the exact dimensions. Your bust should be the first thing you should measure, neither too lose, nor too tight. The measuring tape is to be wrapped around the fullest part of your bust.

2.      After measuring your bust, measure your waist next. To find out the best way to measure your waist, bend down to your side and mark your natural crease. This should be the place where you are supposed to wrap around the tape and measure it. Again, make sure that you are holding the tape just close enough, neither too tight nor too loose.

3.      Now, measure your hips. Stand with your feet together and wrap the tape, again, around the fullest part of your butts. Be sure to do it right especially if you are pear shaped.

4.      Write down your measurements. Now, check it with the online charts available. But remember, different stores have different sizes. So remember to check the sizes individually for each of the stores to avoid any inconvenience.

5.      If your size is falling between two sizes, it’s always a good idea to choose the bigger one. While shopping for online wholesale dress uk, be sure to keep your measurements handy to check it against the online store’s size guide. It may happen that different stores have different measurements listed under the same category (say small, medium, extra large).

6.  6.  Lastly, bookmark the sites whose clothing range you liked. You can keep coming back to the same site(s) to avoid further inconvenience. Also, avoid dress size generators. They can generate wrong sizes as different stores have different sizes nowadays.
