You must have got a new phone and you may want to set up and sync Time Warner email settings in it. To set up your email account on macOS or Windows, follow the instructions. From the File menu select New > Mail Account, then enter the email settings. IMAP settings go well with the incoming server. So enter Account Type as the IMAP server. You have to use your email address as your username. Your server hostname will be mail.twc.com. The Outgoing Mail Server will be SMTP.
