- Now under the Bill section on My Verizon page, look for a link to labeled as "Manage Auto Pay", Click on this link.
- The link “Disable Auto Pay” appears on the screen. Click on this link. A new page will appear on the screen. Now scroll down to the bottom of this page and you'll find an option labeled as "Disable Auto Pay."
Note: This option will not appear if your scheduled payment is closer.
Once you find this option, then click on it to disable the automated payment service.
