Chartered Accountant or Online via some websites like Numbro, then they already
purchase the DSC in bulk.
2. Apply
for the Director Identification Number (DIN) Number: DIN Number is issued by
the Ministry of Corporate affairs.
The costs for the DIN Application involve -
a) Application Fee of Rs. 500/-
b) Stamp Paper for Affidavit
charges 20 Rupees per DIN
c) Notary Charges – 50 Rupees
per DIN
d) Professional Fee of Chartered
Accountant for Certifying your Application.
3.
Company Name Approval: File a form for the
name approval which costs around Rs.1000/-
4.
Filings of Registration Forms for the Private Limited Company: This is the last step
for the Registration. The cost is depends and varies according the Authorized Share capital of the
company.
This includes
filing of many forms such with individual costs:

MOA – Rs.300
·
AOA – Rs. 2000
·
Form INC 22 – Rs. 300
·
Form DIR 12 – Rs. 300
Apart from these,
Stamp Duty Charges for MOA, AOA and Form INC7 (cost depends on the state of
your registration) might cost around Rs. 700.
