The eviction process varies from
state to state,there are three basic steps included in notice processing by
landlords to tenants due to the misbehavior of tenant

Pay rent or quit notices : when tenants re not paying the
rent, the landlord will give quit notice or pay rent notice to pay the rent or
move out

Cure or Quit notices : when teanat
does not obey the terms and condition as mentioned in the rental agreement then
landlords have right to give this notice. Usually the tenant will set an amount
of time for curing such malpractice, if they fail to keep the promise then
landlord have right to eviction lawsuit

Unconditional Quit Notices:In which
means landlord order he tenant to vacate the lease property without any
pre-demand . It is mainly due to

the court will allow the sheriff to inform the notice period of tenant. If the
tenant could not move within time then the sheriff will remove the tenant
physically
