How does my ticket get to me?

Tickets to the festival are emailed to you shortly after your online payment. All tickets are stamped and signed by staff at the ticket desk upon arrival. The day before you attend the ticket office will have sent you a ticket with the date, time, tickets and your name on it.

So what does the IRS say?

The IRS issued a letter from its head revenue officer to the chairman of an IRS tax advisory committee. The letter, dated July 27, 2016, says that a Swiss bank account linked to Mr. Maurices was never meant to be used to avoid U.S. taxes and that the IRS did nothing wrong by looking "into it."

So why are the IRS telling someone that they did nothing wrong? The letter said there was no basis to suspect or pursue criminal charges against Maurices. But a year after the letter and the Treasury's letter went out, federal prosecutors in Massachusetts and elsewhere have brought criminal charges against Maurices in connection with his tax evasion scheme.
