How do I look up my employment history for free UPSers?

You may be eligible for free UPS employment history updates by first using the UPS website, by going to the "My Profile" tab and by calling toll-free, 1-866-974-4711. To obtain a copy of your employment history, you may contact UPS by e-mail at jobs@ups.com or call 1-866-974-4711. You may also print out and e-mail a copy of your UPS employment history. The UPS Employment History Office is located in the UPS Central Office in Chicago.

What if my information has been lost or stolen?


The easiest way to log into UPSers is to connect your Amazon account to your UPS account. This can also be done from your mobile device. See the following steps to connect your Amazon account to a UPS account. Once you've connected your Amazon account, visit the login page to see a login screen. Select "Email" from the list and then "Connected and signed in with UPS."


If you don't see "Connected and signed in with UPS" click the settings icon located in the top right of the login screen and select "Settings."


In the top right click "User name" and enter your user name. You will be prompted to enter the Amazon account password. This is a very important step to your UPS username login as it is a requirement to be able to receive alerts for events.


Click the "Sign out" button at the bottom of the login page to sign out of your current account and log into a different account.

What is a user ID example upsers employee portal?



The user ID tells us who are registered users in our database. If you don't see your user ID, it may indicate that you forgot to include it in your login form. However, make your form look like below, and it should work.

If the login form displays the user ID as '0', you have not registered for Freebase yet!

To remove your user ID from your profile you can log into your account, click the Account tab, then click My Settings. You can also click the User name link within the My Settings section.

To disable access to the User ID feature on your device you can follow our instructions below.

Go to Settings and then scroll down to the Personalised Features section.

After creating the account and using your credentials on your UPS site it's time to check the status of the UPSer, which is the first thing I like to do:

If you have not received any messages within five minutes, your UPSer is registered, and everything is working as expected (see what I did there?!).

If you have received at least two e-mails within five minutes, but no messages in the past 30 minutes, please check the UPS site, it may get overloaded and the messages get lost. If you have received no e-mails since your initial registration, then a problem has arisen with your registered account and this UPSer needs to be cancelled and reset.

What's the best way to handle logins UPSers?



This was an excellent question.

I don't think there's a one right answer. Here are some of the common logins you'll see in a customer's home. I'll share the pros and cons of each here.

Web login. A secure remote access connection that gives them full access to the website. This is the most popular choice. I'm sure you've heard that a secure connection would be faster than a regular web login, but there are some things you have to be aware of.

A remote web login may work well on desktop or laptop computers. But a small or underpowered mobile device has less power to secure that connection, and if that device needs an email connection during the login process you'll get a pop up email asking that the login be made using an IMAP account. Most IMAP servers require the IP address of the user to be verified.
