How difficult is it to become a licensed real estate agent in Chicago?

Becoming a real estate agent in Chicago was one of the best decisions I ever made. Having a Real Estate License Chicago has provided me with a great income, a flexible schedule, and incredible investment opportunities. 

There are many ways to make money as a real estate agent or a Realtor, but while it is not hard to get your Real Estate License Chicago, it is difficult to find a genuine Chicago Real Estate School to pursue courses. I have been an agent and broker for over 8 years. I just launched my own brokerage and I am a real estate investor as well. This status of being a successful agent has given me the income to flip houses and buy rental properties as well.

Most people do not have the time to devote 30 hours a week to a Chicago Real Estate School. 

One of my friends took 9 months to take the classes and pass his real estate test. He was working full time and I was forced to take classes after work and on the weekends. He enrolled for online real estate classes so that he could have a flexible schedule. If you talk about Texas, you need about 215 hours of education, but in California, just three courses are needed. Most of the stats need you to invest much less time to get your real estate license.
