How Can A Wrong Size Bra Impact Your Appearance
Most
women are interested in looking at their best when they are out in
public or even when they are at home. The art of looking your best is
something that starts from the moment you put any piece of fabric on
your body. That is why it is very important for you to consider the bra
that you wear, as it is going to have an impact on your appearance.
Although
most women would give this careful consideration if they were large
busted, it is important to keep it in mind, even if you have a 36aaa bra
size. Just because you are petite does not mean that you want to wear
something that is going to be uncomfortable or perhaps would impact the
way that you look negatively. That is why it is important for you to be
sized for your bra carefully and from that point, you can choose one
that is going to be right for you. You can either be checked for your
bra size at a lingerie shop locally or you can do so at home, following
these instructions.
The first thing that needs to be
determined in your bra size is the band size. In order to take this
measurement, you should wear a bra but make sure that it is either
unpadded or very lightly lined. Take a measuring tape and wrap it around
your back, using your free hand to make sure that it is directly under
the strap at the clasp. You should then bring both ends of the tape
around to the front and have them meet at the top of the breastbone. It
is important for you to allow the tape to follow the natural contours of
the body. Do not allow it to be too lose or too tight or it could
impact the size of your bra. If you have an even number measurement,
that is your band size. If the measurement is an odd number, add one
inch.
Your cup size should also be measured while
wearing an unpadded bra. You can leave the tape directly under the clasp
at the bra strap but measure around the fullest area of the bust. Make
sure that you do not pull the tape too tight or keep it too lose, as
that will impact the size that you choose. Using the measurement from
your cup size, subtract the measurement from your band size. This will
give you your cup measurement. You can use a chart, many of which are
available online to help you determine your cup size according to your
cup measurement. If the difference is less than 1/2" inch, you have a
cup size of AAA.
Wearing the right size bra can make you more comfortable and can certainly make you look your best. Settling for a bra that does not fit is going to cause a number of problems. It may cut into your skin because it is too tight or you may constantly have to pull the straps up because they are too loose. Take the time to measure yourself properly and purchase a quality bra from the manufacturer that cares for smaller bust size.
