by Jack Arona Computer Service
The American video game developer Bungie has given some hints that it is going to develop a new IP, which will be launched until 2025. However, the news is not confirmed officially by any of the members of Bungie. Still, the fans are speculating about it as the video game developing company has recently registered a trademark “Matter,” which could be the name of the new IP. The fans are speculating about the launch of new IP as the CEO of Bungie Pete Parson once said in an interview that Bungie is looking for ways to become a video game company having multiple projects and so planning to introduce some other franchises in the video game market. The fans are speculating that Bungie may be developing a science fiction adventure and so eager to know much more about the new IP and how it would be different from Destiny 2. Here, is some points which indicate the difference between the new IP and Destiny2:-
May have a comedic and lighthearted tone
Recently, Bungie has posted a job opening for the post of Incubation Art Director asking for an artist who could work on developing the comedic and cheerful and playful characters. This post for asking the art director itself gives an idea about the new IP, and it could be speculated that the new project would include whimsical and playful characters having comedic.
First-person game or Third person combat
In another job posting by Bungie, it asked for a senior gameplay animator who could have proficiency in designing combat animation. The job posting asked for the gameplay animator for both first-person and third person, but it is difficult to reach on the decision that the game has a combat system in both perspectives. The fans may have noticed that Bungie has introduced the gameplay in both combating aspects in Destiny and also in Halo. However, the fans have to wait for some more time to get more information.
About the introduction of quests and rewards
It is not possible to guess about the quests, bonuses, and progression system of the new IP only based on a job posting of an Incubation Economy Design lead by Bungie. The developer Bungie may be willing to introduce the combat system having enough quests and rewards which could engage the players for a long time. The developing team is working hard to develop a reward system that could respect the fans and enhanced their abilities.
Alluring Characters
Bungie and its developing team are working hard to develop the characters which could engage the players of different cultures all over the world. The team is working on improving the communication style of these characters in such a way as they could transcend the cultural boundaries while interacting with the players.
Competitiveness
Competitiveness is the most crucial aspect while developing the video game, and Bungie is taking all the steps to make the new IP much competitive. The developing team is taking care of all technological enhancements along with weaving an exceptional and robust storyline to keep the game competitive.
