Using the fingerprint and face recognition for capturing the attendance of the employee becomes revolutionary change in the attendance capturing as a unique Id is assigned to the biometric data of that employee so when they try to punch the attendance the database will automatically capture the attendance data only of that particular employee and will not allow them to punch the attendance for any other employee. It also captures the accurate time and date of the punch for the precise attendance record. The attendance management system captures the data of the attendance of the employees from the biometric device when integrated with it eliminating the need for manual feeding of data in the system which is vulnerable to human errors. The employees will not be able to feed the attendance in the registers or spreadsheet after calculating the working hours instead of writing the actual hours. They also seem to misuse the break timing hours and sneak minutes from it without getting noticed. Adding up such minutes of all employees of the week will accumulate into losing much money for hours employee haven't worked. 

Automatic Hour Calculation 

When following the conventional system, the manager is bound to calculate hours they have worked to process their salary. It's humane to have errors in the calculation which will let the employees get paid for inadequate hours and induce a money loss of the company, but with the implementation of the attendance management system, the calculation is done automatically in the system which reduces the time consumption in the calculation as well as the errors. The managerial favouritism also affects the hours of the employees the like and will add some hours that employee has not utilised for work, automating the calculation will eliminate this practice.

Ease Of Policy Creation And Modification

Major impact on the time theft can be created by creating and modifying the attendance policies, not all policies created are fruitful. The fruitful policies can be found by experimenting with the employees with the policies. This is possible when the system provides the ease of creating and modifying the policies long with employee data that is accurate and precise for better analytics. 

The attendance management system consists if accurate data of employee' attendance log of any required period manager wants to analyse. They can easily analyse the loopholes in the policy and modify it. Keeping track of employee absenteeism is also must to consult the employees regarding the reason and resolution of it. The analysis of the data will help them to keep track of employee punctuality.
