How about to change colours and patterns of FIFA 16 Shirt
By new kits, I mean the ability to slightly change up the colours and patterns on the shirt. For instance, I'm doing a Southend United career mode, and am quite fed up with the ugly kit. You should be able to have certain styles of patterns to choose from, with a certain range of colours as selected for each club, and have the ability to change the kit each year. Having colours selected for a club would prevent the too dramatic changing of a kit, and would keep it realistic. Since we're on the topic, I may as well include Sponsorships. I think at the very least, EA should make some made-up sponsors that look far better than your average everyday ones, so that you can even further customise your kit. You could incorporate this into the game by receiving an email from a made-up company, offering you a sponsorship deal where you can then select that sponsor on next year's kit, and receive income from that.
What you mentioned here, whilst true, was not on the topic that I intended to display. The problem with YA (Youth Academy) players, is that their set of Physical stats don't always grow, in fact, they more often don't than do. On top of this, if they do begin to buy Fifa 16 coins, it happens very late, and so you have to wait 4-5 seasons for them to become a player of some usability. I won't go into all the details, as they have been mentioned plenty a time before, but I hope this problem is altered/fixed.
Not entirely sure what you meant here. What I'm basically talking about, is a big change to the Youth Academy. When you go into the Youth Academy, it should be almost like a whole new career mode, With the ability to hire a manager for your (Under-18s), or do it yourself. Players in the youth academy will then play other teams' youth academies, and will grow per month like normal players would do, instead of an unrealistic may update, which really does not happen in real life.
Yes, I entirely agree you should be able to train a player into another position, but, within realm. Like, for instance, not training Messi to be a CB, etc.
This should be another improvement, which is quite simply to add as many more nations into the game as possible. This suggestion is probably the one I was least enthusiastic about, as I don't fully enjoy managing a national team. The reason I raised this, was because it is rare that you see a manager that is managing a club and a country at the same time. An incredibly hard job to pull off if you ask me.
I'm sorry to say it, but you were wrong. Right now, you can enquire for a player, and the club will reply with something like We expect something within the region of £30,500,000. All that we can do as a manager right now, is send a counter offer if we don't like the offer, and we have no clue whether the club will accept it or not. Not only this, but it's annoying getting little tiny bids for players, and tons of them, when you just want to set a solid price for your player to a club. As an example: You receive an email from Real Madrid asking 'We would like to know your asking price for Player X', it would then take you into a screen where you select how much that price would be.
12. Exactly. Probably the easiest, most simple thing to implement into CM here, it would be cool to have you as the manager on the podium when you win a cup.
By this, I meant that better clubs, will have better youth academies, and will pull players out of there, similar to the ones that you get cheap Fifa 16 coins. By doing this, it won't only be regens being the only form of OP player during later career. But, as you have mentioned, it would cool to scout other teams' youth academies, and lure them to your own, almost like what happens to you in the game now.
I thought maybe that this should not only be ticket prices, but maybe even things like shirt sales and then a lot rarer things like a new owner or random donations from lifetime supporters. As for upgrading stadiums, I left it until now because if you already have a great stadium, take for instance Stamford Bridge, you should be able to pay money for increased seating area, bringing in more money from tickets.
Now that that is out of the way, since my original post I have have though of a few other ideas, that I forgot at the time.
Skill moves and Weak foot growth - My oh my how I would love this. The first turn off after signing a Youth player, is that they have 1, 2 of even 3 star skills, if that could grow overtime, obviously very slowly, I would be ecstatic, especially being someone that enjoys the usage of skills.
An Extra 5-10 Years - For me, it seems like 15 years is rather short, so what is stopping further years from coming? With the implementation of point 13, this should be an easy task
Saving finished Career Modes - By this, I mean the ability to save a squad upon completion of a career mode, so that you can use it and have fun with it in kick off.
Other Points in bold within the wall of text - Sorry.
