First step: Deep cleaning

Before diamond Marble Polishing Services, make sure that it is properly cleaned. And no, that's not a euphemism for anything else. If you want your marble floor to really shine, deep cleaning is an absolute must.

Start by wiping off any crumbs or dirt with a soft, dry cloth, and then moisten your face with a damp sponge. Then you can apply a commercial marble cleaner or a few drops of a non-crumbling dishwasher to a damp cloth. Spread the selected cleaner all over the floor and remove any stains or pumice.

NOTE: When cleaning the marble floor, do not use vinegar, bleach, scrubbing or any aggressive chemicals to clean the marble floor, as this could scratch the gloss and leave dull spots on you.

Step two: Remove the stains

For harder stains, you can use a commercial marble stain remover (commonly called tiling) or make your own. To make your own home dressing, mix a tablespoon of ammonia in half a cup of hydrogen peroxide and slowly add enough baking soda to bring your mixture to a thick, creamy consistency (like peanut butter or sour cream).

Once you have the correct texture, use a clean brush to spread the compression on the soiled areas. Cover the stain at a quarter to a half inch depth and spread at least one inch behind the edges of the stain. Then cover the tile with plastic (don't forget to secure the edges with adhesive tape) and leave on for 12-24 hours until the tile is completely solidified.

After the tile is completely dry, remove the plastic cover and start scrubbing the tile well with a razor or spatula. You can also add half a cup of water to make the molding a little wet so that it can be more easily scraped off (don't dig deep into the marble countertop!) Clean all remaining cucumbers with a clean damp cloth and then wipe the marble until it dries.

Third step: Polish

While heavy engraving hotel and Office Floor Polishing services in faridabad requires the help of a professional, you can remove small engravings with polishing powder from your local DIY store. Tip: If you want to play it safe, check with your marble factory to see which marble powder they recommend.

Start by soaking a clean cloth in water and wiping the painted areas. Spray a small amount of marble polish on the etched areas and gently beat it according to the product instructions. Continue with a clean wet cloth to remove any residue and wipe the marble dry to see the newly restored light.

Fourth step: Sealing

Prevention is better than cure. To help protect your marble from large stains and light, be sure to seal the marble floor at least twice a year. If you can, it will always help to consult with your manufacturer first about the best products and procedures specific to your marble floor.

After you have purchased a suitable marble sealant, spray or spray directly on the marble. Wipe the entire marble floor with a clean, dry cloth and let it weigh for the time specified in the product container (although this usually takes five minutes or less).

When you are done, take another clean and dry cloth and polish the sealant into the marble in a circular motion. Continue polishing until the sealant is completely absorbed into the stone and the marble is dry to the touch. You will know that it is completely dry when it is perfectly smooth and no sticky or sticky substance remains after it.

How to maintain a marble floor
Dry often - To keep your marble floor shiny for a long time, be sure to clean it regularly with a dust mop or soft cloth. If you live alone, once a week is enough. If you belong to a household with 4 or more people, you will probably need to wipe the dust off the floor almost every day. This is to prevent the accumulation of dust, which can cause minor scratches if left unattended.

Remove leaks immediately - In case of accidental leaks, be sure to remove them as soon as possible to prevent clogging of the marble cracks and the formation of a hard stain. Marble is a porous stone, which means that it easily absorbs fluid.
Always wipe, do not rub- When removing stains, always be sure to wipe and do not rub. Rinse spilled substances with plenty of water to neutralize the pH level, which may reduce the possibility of stains or etching. This is especially important when dealing with stains caused by acids such as citrus, tomatoes, vinegar and coffee.
Think carpets and rugs - In high-traffic areas, consider investing in carpets or rugs. Not only is it a stylish addition to your home, but it can also help cover your floor and protect it from dirt, sand and other abrasive particles.
