HIPAA Compliance Exam: Why Certified HIPAA Privacy Security Expert (CHPSE) is the right choice?

The Health Information Technology for Economic and Clinical Health (HITECH) Act, part of the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act (ARRA), put forward new modifications for HIPAA privacy and security rules in 2009. So in order to be prepared for the HIPAA Compliance Exam, you should be able to describe how HIPPA relates to health information transfers, identify steps for compliance with HIPPA Privacy Rule and HIPAA Security Rule, and comprehend compliance frameworks.

Another example of topics that will show up on the HIPAA Compliance Exam is Advanced Safeguards. This includes Advance Administrative Safeguards, Advanced Physical Safeguards, and Advanced Technical Safe guards.
