Hidden Opportunities - Open Up!
I love technology…. Even though sometimes it can be very annoying. Especially when things go wrong - as often they do. But what always peaks my interest with technology is when it’s really innovative and actually does something truly helpful for people. The key to technology is not only being ahead of the pack, but also putting something out there that actually proves worthy of investment. Whether you are just a techie person or someone like me who is also very much in tune with changing my health…. What better example could there be than to find some technology that is really helpful for health. Not just for me, but also for my loved ones!
Listen, we’re all on the same boat - aging! That’s a fact that we simply can’t ignore…. AND while this continues along whether we want it to happen or not…. This is something we can no longer ignore. What can anyone possibly do to help ease the inevitable. For starters, if you are someone who’s really conscious of your habits and want to change your health, that’s generally the first step. Knowing that changes need to be made in order for you to enjoy your time here on earth is important. But to be fully functioning as we age is essential to real health. You won’t find this in pills or potions - this has to be done with real changes of habits.
Where does one begin? Hmm, that is the million dollar question! First consider your current habits. Think about what your habits are and see if they are truly inline with where you want to be in terms of your health. Keep in mind that we’re not always aware of every little thing we do. Our moods can change just by the food we eat. If you don’t believe this, think about kids when given sugar. They first get all energetic and start running around all over the place. Then when the sugar wears off, they crash land and either will sleep it off or they may get cranky or moody. The foods we consume can even cause fluctuation with sleep. Not surprisingly, everything has a huge factor on how we feel, and not just from the foods we consume.
Some people are just stressful people. They may worry about things or get anxious about something, even if it’s out of their control. Stress tends to increase our heart rate and when we get into one of these moods, we may not listen to anyone telling us to calm down. While there are some types of stress that are actually good for our bodies, much of the stress we deal with these days is not what we need. People who tend to overreact can have additional health problems. Yet there is hope with technology….
What if you had access to smart technology that would assist you in making those adjustments to help you along and do even more. We’re all familiar with smart phones of course, and these devices have been pretty helpful to date.… In fact, I have used my smart phone when I go hiking to map my hike. The app works fairly well, but is limited.
Of course there are also several different companies that market wearable devices that help to monitor your heart rate, the steps you take, the calories you burn, and the distance you covered… With a few of them that also include a sleep monitor and compatibility with smart phones.
As I mentioned, I’ve been in the market to find something that fit my needs. I had looked at several different monitors, but they all seemed to be missing one thing or another. That is until recently….. I found something that provides more benefits to help me maximize my health. Plus the best part is it offers me the change to share with others and help them too! Having a good balance of three really cool things; technology, health and income growth open up a hidden opportunity for many people.
Take the tour to find out more about this really cool sensing technology. If you’re as excited about this as I am, contact me to find out more!
