Being an ardent player of rugby and the official coach of the team in his earlier days the general chose sports life after his retirement. Frank Kearney is the patron of the team that consists of elite veterans from the Marine forces, navy, air force and the army who form the team of United States Combined Services Rugby. Rugby is a very tough game as it involves very tough physical intensity which might get the players to get injured easily. This is why the veterans make a good choice as only the brave and strong individuals can play a game of rugby. This is because the soldiers risk their lives to protect their country from any amount of dangers and threats from other countries and always ensure that their country and its people are safe from all threats.

There are a lot of challenges and difficult situations faced by them that would cost them dearly as it affect them mentally and would cause disturbances psychologically and mentally and this is why they are required to be strong to deal it in their way. This is why they can tackle some hard moves in the rugby with a precalculated mind and also endure the physical strain and hardships involved in the game. This game offers a great comfort to all those veterans who are also wounded and is refrained from physical activity. So, this has made Frank Kearney to offer great support to the fellow veterans through the wounded warrior project event that is at the Whitefish Montana. He is also a part and is the advisor of the team red, white and blue that aims at reviving the lives of veterans who are wounded in the process of wars or battles between the countries.

This gives them the ray of hope to lead their life as strong person while enjoying a high degree of social interaction and take part in various events and activities organized by it. This would greatly help the ex servicemen as they might feel very lonely and isolated away from the crowd. By taking part in such kind of activities they can feel energized and exhibit great talents. This was rightly pointed out by Frank Kearney when he addressed the benefit dinner organized by the team red, white and blue that the veterans and their families felt that more than the donations in the form of money they require a helping hand and also words of comfort.
