Every parent put their soul and life to enrich and nourish their child at any circumstances. It gives them immense pleasure which just cannot be described in words. Kids have their own world which is full of innocence and purity. They love food like anything. But wait, if you think I am talking about food like vegetables, fruits, curry, naan, rice, lentils or other nutritious food, then you have to give yourself a second thought. And if you are already parents who are come across with feeding healthy food to kids as a problem then you can understand what I am talking about :)

Kids love food, yes ...! but food like burger, pizza, chips, cola, soda, ready to at food and many more as the list is endless.

It is very important to introduce food to kids from a very initial time when the actually starts taking solids. But sometimes due to hectic schedules, child tantrums or their likes and dislikes about food altogether make us forced to grab that unhealthy food which is nothing but high in sugar content and oil. these foods are not at all healthy, but also enough to make our self very very sick in meantime or in the future.
