A pre-requisite thing in everyone’s life is good health, for doing any work we majorly need this. So everyone has to maintain a good habit of eating healthy food recipes daily, it may be children, teenagers, adults and old.
Parents should make their children’s learn healthy eating habits from the beginning, as the early stages habits only reflects further in their future life. Our body daily needs some amounts of glucose, proteins, vitamins and carbohydrates for being strong and active, so for getting these all we need to consume the food items which are rich in proteins, vitamins and fibers.
In general everyone’s day starts with a light breakfast, later lunch and evening little snacks and at the end dinner. These are very necessary things to follow while coming to the health, and it should be taken time to time. Many people these days skip their breakfast in hurry to rush to their jobs, but this is very bad factor and it affects the health a lot.
I request all to have a little in the morning before leaving out of the house either its kids or adults, as their will be a lot of gap between the dinner and breakfast our body needs some energy to start any work. Having a glass of milk or fresh fruits or vegetables in the morning is good for health.
The people who miss the breakfast, trends to consume more food at lunch due to which there will be some changed in their physical fitness. Whatever you consume should have the needed amount of nutrients, so try to concentrate on the food you have and how many nutrients you’re gaining from that particular food you have.
In between of your regular food, you try to consume large amount of liquids it may be water or fresh juices and I suggest you to have only the fresh juices instead of stored juices as they are mixed with some kind of colors and all so it’s not that good to have stored items.
At the dinner have little amount of rice and have chapatti’s or any item which has less oil, as after the dinner we don’t have much work to do, we just go to bed so it’s good to prefer oil less food. And after dinner please make a habit of little walk rather than going to bed immediately.
A little concentration on the food you consume can make you away from the diseases and doctors. It’s not that hard to make this healthy eating habit, you just try doing it and also make your family and friends to follow to have some Healthy recipes and make them health conscious.
