  1. First, visit the Hawaiian Airlines Booking website, search for the travel voucher, and go to the voucher lookup page.

  3. To check your voucher, go to the flight information and enter your first name and ticket number.
  4. Enter the flight number and date of the flight and check mark I accept the travel voucher.
  5. Click on the look voucher to check the voucher number, PIN, and expiration date and check the balance.
  6. Select the redemption section, enter the e-certificate number and redemption code, and select "I accept travel voucher" option.
  7. Go to the review & pay section, select the payment information, enter the voucher code and pin to apply.
  8. You can redeem travel credit to purchase your reservation, but you can conveniently add additional payment information if your credits are insufficient.

Redeem a paper travel credit at the airport:

If you have received paper travel credit and want to redeem it at the airport, follow the following steps.

  1. You can use a credit card to purchase a new Hawaiian Airlines flight and pay the total cost of the reservation.
  2. You can mail the original Paper travel credit with a six-digit confirmation code to book a new flight at Hawaiian Airlines Airport located at Consumer Affairs Office PO Box 30008 Honolulu, HI 96820.
You will get the travel credit value within three weeks conveniently.

Does Hawaiian Airlines credit expire?

Yes, Hawaiian Airlines credit expires for the one-year from the issuance date; after that, the remaining balance would be lost.
