Hajj - The Biggest Religious Event Every Year

Hajj is an Islamic religious event taking place every year in the sacred city of Mecca (Makkah) in Saudi Arabia. The event comprises of 40 days tenure where the Pilgrims from around the world stay in Mecca to perform the rites of Hajj. The belief is that the Hajj is compulsory for every Muslim as it washes away all of their sins and the person comes out sinless like a newly born baby. Also, the event is to please Allah and create a strong bond with Him. Though it is being said that Hajj is only compulsory for those Muslims who have good wealth status and can meet the monetary needs of the event. But Besides that, there are a huge number of travel companies around the world who offer Hajj Packages at affordable prices. So In my opinion, money isn't an issue anymore as mediocre Muslims can also fulfill their dream of performing Hajj. Hajj 2020 is due to start on the 28th of July 2020 and will end on 2nd August 2020.
