Every woman aspires to own a head which is full of hair. Some women are gifted with long and beautiful hair through their genes, but many have to struggle a lot have long hairs.  Lots of herbal, chemical products are available in the market which promises to nourish your hair to grow them long. The solution for this is Hair Extensions. It is also known as artificial hair integrations, and hair weaves. This technique serves both purposes of adding length and fullness hair. The lengthening of hair using this technique is done by combining additional human or synthetic hair. This additional human hair can be styled in natural was as we do with our original hair but synthetic hair cannot be styled in the same way.

These hair extensions are available in different thickness.  Single drawn extension and double drawn extensions are the terminologies that are commonly used in hair extensions. 

Single Drawn Hair – this is the most popular choice of hair extension, and this represents the standard thickness required in hair extensions. In this technique, each single hair grows naturally and at different growth rate. This hair is best suited for those who are looking for a natural look at a cheaper rate. However a glamorous cannot be achieved by this type as this type does not add the volume. In this method, all hair are not of the same length. Hairs at the tip are comparatively thicker than hair at the bottom end.

Double Drawn Hair- In this type same length of hair strands are used in bundles.  In this method hair strands in each bundle is pulled twice in both the direction. Due to this process, all hair strands are of the same length, and the volume of hair is equal everywhere. This pulling of hair twice makes it costly method.

 

Machine Weft Hair- Machine weft hair extensions mean sewing the product to make the bundle of extension.    A triple head sewing machine is used to stitch the top or root of loose or bulk hair strands.  This stitched strand of hair is again folded in double, and stitching is done again on the folded hair. This double folding gives a bounce and added volume to the hair. This technique is used for permanent hair extensions.
