Keema Kachori with Aloo Tarkari

The combination of meat and chaat is simply divine! In this recipe, nicely chopped, seasoned minced meat of your choice is filled in deep fried kachoris. You can mix this minced meat mixture with boiled and smashed aloo or potato. Ensure that the mixture added in the kachori is well dried before filling it in. You can also make a side gravy of potato to dip the Keema kachori in and savour it to the last bite!

Kala chaana chaat/ Black chickpea chaat

Who doesn’t love this one? Kala chana or black chickpea is a great source of proteins. When mixed with spices well it can tantalize your taste buds. This is a popular chaat ramzan recipe and is a great mid snack to offer your guests. The taste of this ramzan recipe depends a lot on the tamarind juice, onions, tomatoes and other spices added in it. A great tip is to add yogurt in this kala chaana chaat to give that yummy flavour.  Bhigare Dahi Baray

This is another yummy chaat dish that can be one of the best iftar recipes. The batter should be made of gram flour and spices of your choice. Add little water to it and deep fry this batter in oil. This is a slight variation of the dahi vada where the vadas are made up of dal. Here, gram flour is used and over the flat fried gram flour baras seasoned and well spiced up dahi is added. After which a nice jeera and long red chilly tadka is given to it. Garnish it with some freshly chopped onions and coriander and relish this ramzan special recipe to the last bite.
