Girls inching up their way to the IITs
“Girls join Engg College so that they can marry an engineer”
this is what my teacher use to say in class. Now if you see girls are doing outstanding jobs in each and every field.
Many of the tech companies are now having females in high post as well like
Marissa Mayer: CEO of Yahoo.
Sheryl Sandberg: COO of Facebook.
Susan Wojcicki: CEO of Youtube
Ginni Rometty: CEO of IBM
These are just some examples of excellent jobs the female are doing in tech industry.
Increase in the number of girls JEE aspirant
Engg which was considered a boys field are now having more and more girls thanks to the fact that now more girls are becoming the top most head in tech industry. This has motivated the girls to pursue engg as a career option.
The difference in the parent’s mindset is now going away hence more parents are now willing to spend huge amount on girl’s education.
In a conservative family environment parents per not willing to spend much on girl child education since they thought it is the boys who earn the bread for the family hence good education to them would help them.
Giving the same environment girl is smarter
A scientific research has proven girls are smarter when it comes to education a research by University of Missouri and Glasgow. They collected data from Indian state of Himachal Pradesh to prove that even in India girls are smarted.
Organise and set goal to achieve success
Girls are good with making a plan and putting effort in following it. JEE is more about planning and organised learning this is why girls are now increase their performance in JEE
