Game Engineering is basically divided in Game Arts, Game Production and Game Programming. Game arts department manages the scenario of the game. The graphics of the game and character developing. Game production Department makes the story and the missions and events that are in the story of the game. Now, the main part is how to put together the work of arts department and the production department. Of course the work is done by us! The game programmers. Game programmer has one of the main authority in the team. They manage the events of the games that occurs. The various effects that are being given in the game. So, you get to see the visual effect of your programs. Who doesn't love that?

Also, game programmers have high salaries. According to payscale 2015, the avg. income of a game programmer without experience is 60K and it can go as high as 150K in 5 years.
