Friendship wife, girlfriend or boyfriend on Facebook

Facebook is really helping us stay connected with other people whether we really know or only imaginary friend. But there is one question that is raised is whether we should be friends with the Boyfriend/Girls friend or husband/Wife ..?

I see from the standpoint as a man .. I personally think it is not necessary to establish a relationship with our spouse.
