First 1000 days
While pregnancy has its restrictions and boundaries breast feeding comes along with too. But the best part is there is no need to take addition diet or supplements to make breast milk healthier, all the vitamins you take they will naturally added to the milk.  Some new moms have the habit of eating whatever they like, which affects the tastes of the milk and sometimes that is annoying for the babies. Babies become used to most of the things you ate regularly, but when you ate something spicy and different they feel abrupt and start avoiding it. That’s why it’s always advisable to take a healthy well balanced diet with the food you like the most. Following is the list for food to avoid when breastfeeding in first 1000 days:
•    Caffeine products: Whenever you drink coffee, tea or eat chocolate some of the caffeine element goes into your child’s body through milk, which is dangerous. Because babies weren’t able to digest caffeine like adults, they generally spit it out due to irritation and crankiness.
•    Citrus content: Citrus is also an unacceptable compound for babies, sometimes it causes fuzziness and diaper rash to some babies. To compensate the need of vitamin C you can add mango and papaya to your menu list.
•    Alcohol: Alcohol is dangerous for adults then think how much will it damage to babies internal organ. Alcohol is strictly prohibited in these days, because possible side effects of taking alcohol will be excessive weight gain or deep sleep in infants.
•    Spicy Foods: Some mothers had a habit to add a little more spices in their food which is not at all appropriate.  A dash of pepper is enough to makes your baby irritate for hours so it’s better to take your taste buds in control while in your staring days of motherhood. Spicy foods like jalapenos, pepper, capsicum and garlic should be avoided in those days.
•    Avoid Shellfish and other type of sea food: Experts proved that for a particular allergy family history is also responsible. In other if anyone from child family suppose his father have an allergy from shellfish and seafood then it’s possible that the kid might won’t like them either. Apart from this generally sea food create gas because of mercury present in it, which is very irritating for your little ones.
•    Eggs: Egg allergy is very common in young children, but because eggs lurk in all sorts of foods, from bread and snack foods to ice cream, it may be a difficult allergy to pinpoint. Eliminate this type of stuff from your diet at once then after two weeks added them one by one, which makes easier for a baby to adapt.
•    Stay away from artificial sweetener: Artificial sweetener like Saccharin is harmful for baby’s health, because it contained too many chemicals and addictives. Also extra sweet food should be avoided, because it can cause itching in babies back area which is very annoying for them.

Apart from that many you can add some homemade food in your child’s diet. Many parents prefer to rely on homemade baby food when they begin feeding their baby solids. Avoiding these foods will decrease the risk of any type of allergic reaction in your baby’s body. Also remember one thing that not all type of food affects every baby and mom in the same way because every mom and baby is different.
