The Temple is positioned at Manali Village which is just located at 1.5km away from the main city. The deities are found in the court Yard of the house of a person, named Gauri of Dhauni Chauni. The temple is constructed on the right spot and witness a famous Phagli fair after 6th day of Phalgun. The festival is organized in the honor of Manu Maharaja, through the year. It indicates the starting of the spree of fairs in the valley.
