           Gout is a type of arthritis that causes sudden inflammation of joints. Symptoms include sudden onset of pain in joints, swelling and redness in affected area. The most common location for gout is big toe. Early morning

Luke warm water with 1 t spoon honey and few drops of lemon.

Breakfast

Vegetable upma and 1 glass milk

Mid-morning

 Fruit chart

Lunch

Chapatti with vegetable curry and salad.

Mid- afternoon

1 glass of buttermilk

 

Evening

 Vegetable soup

 

Dinner

Chapatti and cooked vegetable, slices of tomatoes and cucumber.
