New Outlook for Web:

The Micrsoft E-mail system “Outlook on the Web” has new tools and capabilities, such as, single-line inbox view, Undo, inline reply, the ability to paste inline images to suggest new meeting times, Sweep, Pin, new themes and improved HTML.

Thus, by applying the two factor authentication protocol, users not only improve the security of their MS Outlook account but also the Microsoft Exchange server.

E Discovery: It is a new tool that allows you to search, export, and hold content located in the public folders. This remarkable tool supports asynchronous architecture that spreads the content across multiple servers, which makes it more scalable and faster. 

Enhanced Collaboration: Microsoft Exchange Server 2016 has made document sharing easy on both Outlook 2016 and Outlook on the Web. Now, you can attach documents as links from SharePoint 2016 and OneDrive for Business. This feature enables co-authoring and version control.
