Filtrie’s Foundation Has Posted a Project in Kickstarter to Help Customers Take Control over TV

Filtrie is a product that has been designed with a view to safeguarding
people from unwanted television ads. At times, the ads are highly
awkward to watch with kids around. Understanding this need of television

frustrated with being exposed to inappropriate advertisements in
television. He particularly felt awkward in watching ads with his two
teenage girls around. He decided that people should get the ability to
set restrictions on the advertisements, such that they can skip unwanted
messages to be passed on to kids.
Filtrie has been designed to
empower the users. It is not a censor as most people feel at the first
instance. However, it is a tool designed for helping adults to safeguard
their family. The good thing about this tool is that it comes with
custom filtering content. In turn, it permits the users to have complete
pace of mind with the positive messages that they can select. The
founder says that the ad time is now the time of the users of this
product.
The founder has posted a project on Kickstarter
to share knowledge about this product. The posting says “Ad time is now
your time. Your values are worth protecting. Filtrie empowers you to
set limits on your TV Ads”. The product allows viewers to set
restrictions on the television advertisements. Once they set that the
beer ads should be replaced with some other ad that is worth to watch
with kids, beer ads will no more show up on the television.
The
setup of this product can be done by the user very easily. They will
have to just plug in the device and should set their preferences for
ads. The rest will be taken care by the tool in an effective manner. The
ads that they wish to avoid will be automatically replaced by positive
messages that they want their kids and family members to see. They can
quickly and easily customize their ad experience using the Filtrie App.
They can just choose the categories that they wish to filter and they
can just replace them with the contents that they wish to watch.
The
user will have to just connect this device to the television and
service. Then, the device should be connected to the Wi-Fi. Then, they
will have to set preferences. That’s it; they can just sit back and
relax. Now, Filtrie’s foundation has launched this project in
Kickstarter and they expect that the design and development of this
product will complete by December 2018. The shipping is estimated to
