Faridabad property market is facing a hard competition between residential hubs and emerging industries. The question is, is HUDA planned to meet this challenge?

2021 NCR Regional Plan, according to this plan by 2021 Faridabad will have the population nearly of 21.3 lakhs. The growth rate has gone high in last few decades. Taking it along, the town and country department of Haryana has a preplan of 20-year development for the entire city of Faridabad. To make fast development in the city, Haryana Urban Development Authority is taking initiates. It is acquiring lands for developing new properties in Faridabad.

Whenever the development framed, regulation and cursory are planned along. HUDA is following own laws of the building. In City Development Programmed, an observation held which concludes the necessity of initiating preparation of development plan over NCR proposals. It provides the surety of implementation of the idea in NCR. The other thing that came into being is the policy change; that is the development plan is now ten years that was 20 year.

By the year of 2012, the proposal development by HUDA for various sectors had become 465 acres as proposed by CDP.

HUDA and Municipal Corporation (MCF) of Faridabad are in the process of the proposal of new transport facility. Bylaws, CDP is also framing the proposals of regulation of standard building for all the development plan agencies such as HUDA and MCF. Zonal control and parking norms are also under bylaws congestion proposals.

The question arises about the plan for the top-class development infrastructure. Being a long visionary, discuss and conclude the series of outcomes that was done by stakeholders and analyzing the data. Top line infrastructure, economic development promotion and safe environment are what the citizens of Faridabad are looking for and planning for the same as well. Taking these views in mind, Huda is committed to making Faridabad a model city of Haryana with the art of architecture.

PLAN TO BOOST INFRASTRUCTURE

If everything goes accordingly, the coming year would be the year to watch. Firstly the connectivity is improving to clear traffic from NCR and national highways. Once the connectivity becomes short out, investors, developer and buyer will automatically attract towards Faridabad Property. This thing is kept first in mind to allow tenders for the construction of RUB (rail under the bridge) near old Faridabad. The building work to Anchor Chow is completed. The development would itself increase the property rates in Faridabad.

Undoubtedly, connectivity plays a significant role in attracting investors and developers. Tenders have been allotted RUB (rail under bridge) for construction; it is near old Faridabad, which has given a year for completion. The construction work of Anchor Chow also has allotted to the concerned companies of the road from the ROB (rail over bridge). This second lane transit route is likely to be completed by October 2012. The possession of attained land for construction of a master road in Sectors 75 to 89 has given to the agency concerned; the cost of the project is Rs 10 crore. The estimated cost for individual repair of the road from Surajkund to Ankhir Chowk has resubmitted. Also, Rs 825 lakh has been sanctioned for development of new sectors across Agra Canal. The infrastructural development will attract the investors to buy Property in Faridabad.
