Hospital Administration stream by FCM aims to develop a cadre of professional Healthcare managers and administrators for the rapidly growing Hospital and Healthcare sector. Hospital Administration prepare students with the required skills and attitude which is essential to manage any Healthcare establishment, including management of clinical services, support services, ancillary services, hospital planning, designing, and architecture.

The associations like AHA enrich MBA HA and BBA HA with skill enhancement which will enable students to grab opportunities like Floor Manager, Floor Coordinator, Patient Care Executive, Quality Manager, Medical Record Officer, Assistant Hospital Administrator, and Hospital Administrator.

The SGT University has full-fledged incubator and accelerator where the ideas of students are incubated, mentored and monitored. Our incubation cum acceleration center functions in collaboration with various founding members of start-ups and industry experts.

DIRECTORATE OF RESEARCH

FCM emphasises on research by offering research driven curriculum, pedagogy, student projects, live projects supported by financial assistance and grants to students and faculty members. FCM offers doctorate in philosophy (Ph.D.) in all fields of management addressing the contemporary issues and challenges of corporate world.

INDUSTRY INTERFACE, INTERNSHIPS, PLACEMENTS & GLOBAL IMMERSION PROGRAM

FCM grooms its students through regular Performance Enhancement Programs (PEP), Live Projects, Guest Lectures, Industry Collaborated Workshops, and Industry Specific Webinars. Most of the programs of FCM are Industry oriented and we provide exposure through Industrial Visits. Along with the core Career Planning Team of FCM there is a central team called Corporate Resource Centre which works very closely on the Industrial requirements. FCM has collaborated with various companies and provides exposure to students through project based learning. Six to eight weeks long mandatory summer internship programs also provide an opportunity to the students to work on industrial requirements. FCM has a proven track record of internships and final placements.

SYNERGY

SYNERGY by SGT University is annual student creativity showcasing event. It gives a platform for grassroots innovations and technology-driven projects. A three-day-long event which gives an opportunity for the students from various universities as well as schools to compete over the given themes, more than a hundred schools and universities, with more than 20,000 students participating either with their projects or as an audience. Faculty of Commerce and Management's young managers have shown their acumen through various projects like SMART Village, SPRAYING MACHINE for optimal use of water, 3R Approach for waste management, MAUSIQUI-Music for efficient life and management, and GREEN HOSPITAL for environment-friendly medical practices are few of them.
