Air Conditioners, Vacuums, Ceiling Fans, Computers and many more devices contain Electric Motor for their flawless functionality. Water pumps motors are also required for the flow of liquids between the different places. Single Phase or Three Phase Induction Machines can be used in the field, depending upon the pump size. 


Single phase machines are more suitable for household pumps which demand the power of the range of few hundred watts to kilowatts. On the other side, Three phase machines will deliver hassle-free experience due to their constant speed of operation and maintenance-free nature.


Now, we will get into the discussion of recycling of Electric Water Pump Motor. 


The first and foremost step is dissembling of the machine parts which have electric motors inside them. Later, remove all the screws from the base part and pull the Electric Pump Motor out.


In general, Electric Motor has insulated Copper wire connected to it. Wire cutters can snip the insulated Copper wire and remove it from the motor.


After removing the Electric Motor from the machine, we have to add them to your pile of electric motors. In the case of numerous electric motors, check the type of inside wire material In general. In most of the cases, it will be Copper (or) Aluminium wire.      


Taking Copper wire outside from the inner parts of series of Electric Motors is not an easy task and it consumes more time. Hammer and Screwdriver will get the Copper wire coil from the inside. After opening the Copper wire, make sure that other metals like Steel and Aluminium or other materials like Plastic should be kept aside.


Electric Motors are very much tempting for the consumers to go with because of their alluring Copper wire inside. In order to have hassle-free experience, it is better to opt an effective recycling process which is very compact and consumes low energy.


So, always save money and reduce the waste by recycling the Electric Pump Motor parts.
