This mode, at times, is also used when the customer demands a dedicated truck to deliver its cargo. Goods delivered through full truckload usually weigh more than 15000 pounds.

2. Less Than Truckload

Less Than Truckload (LTL) is used to deliver goods that are larger than a parcel but are not that large enough, in terms of size or quantity, to occupy the entire truck trailer. Shipment of multiples consumer can be delivered using less than truckload. Goods delivered though less than truckload weigh between 150 to 15000 pounds. Less than truckload shipment requires freight class to determine the cost.
